We are partnered with one of the UK’s leading full-service importers, distributors, and brand builders of ambient fine foods seeking a PR & Communications Manager.
They represent c.40 branded suppliers from around the world & also own four brands. All being household names. Supplying all UK grocery channels – multiples, convenience, online, wholesale, foodservice, B2B and independents.

Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Controller, you will develop and execute all work related to the business’s corporate image.
Working across the business you will develop a corporate messaging strategy to raise their profile to attract new Brand Partners and future colleagues.
You will also support the Marketing strategies of those Brands owned by the organisation by developing and implementing PR campaigns.
Creation, management, and execution of Corporate messaging strategy.
Creation & execution of annual & monthly messaging programmes.
Development & maintenance of corporate website.
Management of Public Relations business and for those Brands owned - Traditional media – trade & consumer - Digital media – trade & consumer platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
Management & production of Fine Food News (a quarterly RHA magazine sent to Customers and Brand Partners)
Annual Product Catalogue · Oversee, manage & implement Corporate events
Creation & maintenance of all corporate assets (i.e. logo, photography etc.)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

We are looking for an energetic & intuitive marketing manager with great communication skills.
Proven ability in developing and executing PR campaigns to raise the profile of a company or a brand.
A person who can deliver trade and consumer public relations programs through both traditional and digital media platforms, with good written & visual skills. Candidates will need to have or demonstrate:
A qualification in Public Relations, Marketing or another relevant subject
Extensive experience in a similar role
Good contacts with relevant traditional and digital Grocery media
Excellent written and visual skills - a wordsmith with an eye for a good advert!
Excellent organisational skills, being able to work on several projects at once, and manage time effectively.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
