The Paid Media Executive Role;


We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with experience and expertise in paid channels, especially on social media.


You should be experienced in using paid social, such as Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager, and know these channels inside out. Experience within the B2B space, especially if this is tied to lead generation work, is a bonus. Any additional knowledge and experience in paid media, including paid search, would be great!


The role requires accountability across analytics, tracking, and reporting support. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns and should be confident in communicating with clients, as well as the team. This role also has an opportunity for personal growth, including potential people management and involvement in business development as the team grows. You’ll be adept at thinking strategically but also not afraid to get stuck into the numbers and daily management, optimisation, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

● Managing paid social, primarily on LinkedIn and Facebook — this will include setting up, optimising, and reporting on performance

● Building audiences using Ad Manager tools to target the specific audiences they are trying to reach

● Developing a wider knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads and supporting on these accounts

● Writing ad copy and testing creative to find out what works best for each campaign

● Tracking and reporting to ensure they are getting the most from the campaigns and budgets

● Managing client budgets on a daily basis

● Communicating progress and success with internal teams and clients

● Supporting the business development team in growing their client base


Your experience and competencies;


● Experienced and confident using social ad platforms — minimum of a year’s experience is preferable, other paid media experience, such as Google ads, is a bonus

● Analytical in your approach to get the most out of campaigns — reporting and optimisation will sit with you, so you need to be comfortable getting deep into the numbers including CPL, MQL, SQL

● Passionate about analytics and tracking, enjoying platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.

● Great at copywriting, with an understanding of audience and tone of voice — excellent grammar is a must, and a flair for creative copywriting is even better!

● Confident working individually, as well as within a team — the day-to-day management of client campaigns will sit with you, so you will need to be able to manage your time effectively

● Confident speaking with clients and taking an increasing responsibility for client accounts

● Organised and agile in your approach to managing your time and workload — they have a number of client campaigns live which you will be responsible for

● Able to hit the ground running — you’ll have the confidence and knowledge to get stuck in from the offset

● Proactive — you will be responsible for the success of paid campaigns so a proactive approach to optimising, adapting strategy, or coming up with new ideas is key. They work in a fast-paced environment so the ability to take direction and work both efficiently and independently will be paramount.

● Entrepreneurial — they see this role developing quickly as they grow the paid media team and they need you to come along for the ride. This includes a keen eye for business and an interest in growing in this space.

● Enthusiastic: they all love what they do, and need someone who will share that enthusiasm with them!


Your Benefits & Allowances;


● £24-£30k (DOE)

● A flexible work-from-home policy
