A strong knowledge of the full digital marketing mix is essential as well as the passion to build an in depth knowledge of our products. You will be adept to working across PPC (spends in excess of £30k per month! As well as display and paid social, you will plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Facebook and Google ads, including search, display, and video ads in order to educate and drive the relevant traffic and increase ROI across the board.


  • Create and manage search campaigns, setting a structure for the account to allow them to scale effectively.

  • Be proactive in the optimisation and creation of PPC campaigns over Google ads and Facebook ads manager to bring in new clients and to increase ROI.

  • Content writing of new ads based on past campaign performance and market research.

  • Visual assets creation within Facebook & Google ads based on existing materials via using advanced tools.

  • Monitor paid social ads across all territories, AB testing to see how and where performance can be improved

  • Be proactive in developing new ideas to trial and improve performance across all channels

  • Support in the development of our website by feeding in performance data from key channels to give insight on any changes required to improve core user journeys

  • Run regular reporting, giving visibility on the traffic, CPA, ROI, and overall performance of core marketing channels

Desired Experience and Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years of experience working both with Google ads and Facebook ads manager

  • Great initiative, analytically minded, and methodical in your approach to work

  • Experience working with e-Commerce

  • Good knowledge of design/creative principles
